Green Cabbage SlawIngredients:
- 2 cups chopped green cabbage, about half 1/2 to 3/4 head depending on the size
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2-3 tbsp. lemon and/or lime juice
- 1/2-3/4 tsp. lemon and/or lime zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix yogurt, sour cream, lemon and/or lime juice & zest, and salt & pepper in a serving bowl. Toss yogurt sauce with green cabbage.Also try adding: Slices of avocado & 1/4-1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro OR Mango slices and 1/4-1/2 cup fresh chopped mint. Serves about 4-6.
